ISIS Does the Unthinkable When They Execute a 7-Year-Old Boy for This ‘Crime’

ISIS is well known for their heinous behavior. They’ve executed hundreds of people, including tossing suspected homosexuals off of buildings and beheading Coptic Christians.

One of the most chilling executions was that of Jordanian pilot Moaz Al-Kasasbeh. After his plane crashed in ISIS-controlled territory, Al-Kasasbeh was put in a cage, and burned alive.

While ISIS executions are frequently recorded and put online, the latest execution was reportedly so horrific that it doesn’t appear that it was even recorded.

7-year-old Muaz Hassan was allegedly shot to death in Naeem Square in the city of Raqqa. His execution took place in front of a massive crowd that included his parents. His crime? “Cursing divinity.”

ARA News quotes an activist known only as S.Y., who said:

“Islamic State’s police arrested Muaz Hassan earlier this week in the city of Raqqa, after they heard him ‘cursing divinity’ while playing in the street with his friends.”

S.Y. claims a member of ISIS proclaimed:

“The act was considered an insult to the Caliphate, regardless of the age of the boy.”

It’s reported that Hassan’s parents fell to the ground when their son was executed.

ISIS has had some major setbacks after losing the cities of Tikrit and Ramadi, which they had previously overtaken. That said, they still hold the city of Mosul, which currently serves as their de facto capital.
