Comcast’s NBCUniversal to Acquire DreamWorks Animation for $3.8 Billion

Comcast subsidiary NBCUniversal announced Thursday it had closed a deal to purchase DreamWorks Animation in a deal valuing the film studio at $3.8 billion.
